Maintenance supply tracking software

Hi all! Hey does anyone use a maintenance tracking software and if so how do you like it or not. I need some suggestions please.

Thanks Nate I will try that. right now we are using tenant pro but it doesnt really help with keeping track of the maintenance inventory. I would really like to find a program that will allow me to monitor all supplys and their whereabouts.

I might throw one other thing in there as well. It maybe something that you can set up in an Excel spreadsheet with formulas to do what you want and it costs you nothing but a little time. You can set certain cells to be protected and others to be adjusted as needed. You would be able to list the item, serial number/barcode, location, in stock quantity, date placed in service, location placed in service, name of person placing in service.
