This award winning property, (3 high rise buildings) is undergoing a very sizeable repositioning effort, and with a variety of changes occurring to the property, needs a talented maintenance professional to lead a team in upholding a first class presentation in the marketplace. They are all about service and have a hotel service approach versus an old time Landlord approach.
Candidate needs to know boilers/chillers, manage several techs, and can live onsite if they wish but not required.
