Is anyone out there using this type of service? It is geared for vacation property rentals but also seems to be for property management. It's a bit different than everything out there. It's not really a resident portal, and it has flavors of facebook and other elements to it. Just wondered if any prop mgrs are using this or if there is a comparable product for our industry.
