I was given a report of current resident's employers. The task I am given is to market to the companies that a majority of my residents work for in hopes of gaining new leads and leases. Currently, we offer a $400.00 referral credit to current residents for anyone they refer. What are sme creative ways to complete this project?
I've sent post cards in the past. It's very easy and affordable to make professional looking postcards with a laser printer, so I made them myself. I also go in to every new local business and introduce myself and send out holiday greeting cards out to all local businesses, including our comps.
Deliver a basket of goodies to the resident at there job. Include fliers with the residents name on it so that they get credit for any rental that brings the flier in. We have done this at many lease ups and works wonders.
