I am currently researching online tools/platforms that will help our portfolio better manage our online reviews and would love your feedback. Yelp, Apartment Ratings and Google Reviews are my "areas of interest". Curious if your company is using any platform to monitor/manage these?
I would love to heard about any product that would allow you to respond to reviews and/or manage the listing within this magical product.
We currently use the Apt. Ratings Managers Center and know this product won't allow a third party access to do what we am looking for. That said, Google, Yelp and other sites are on my radar.
I have looked at many so feel free to share your thoughts...Apartment Guide, ForRent, G5, Yelp! are a few I have looked at.
Hi Jeremy, I'd love to talk with you more about this.
We recommend the Apartment Ratings Manager Center to manage reviews there. For the other sites, we have a tool that tracks reviews on about 20 different sites (including Yelp and G+). It provides a single dashboard to see all of your reviews for each property, and it allows you to assign reviews for response and share the good ones to your social media accounts.
You can get the details at
30lines.com/local
. I'm happy to do a demo or answer any questions anytime. Good luck!
Thanks for the reply, Mike. Jeremy, please note that Manager Center is the tool that permits properties to respond to and manage reviews - as well as to add marketing info, photos and the like.
Beyond that, ApartmentRatings.com now also offers a reputation management tool that tracks all ratings and reviews (not just ApartmentRatings.com), social mentions, brand analytics and the like. Talk to Brian Barfield as he can fill you in on this robust reputation management tool that gives you the full picture you are looking for.
I've attached an image of the home page of this tool - it gets added to your Manager Center dashboard.
Thanks for the information, Doug. I know this tool very well! Does your company use this product? If so, I would be interested in hearing your feedback.
Hi Jeremy. To clarify, I am the president of SatisFacts, owned by the same company as ApartmentRatings.com. Since I am not a operator like you, I cannot share my personal experience with the Reputation Manager add-on module for Manager Center - however Brian can share clients to talk to.
Good luck with your analysis! There are different directions you can go as there are options. Of course I hope that Reputation Manager will end up being the choice.
