Hey, I just saw your post and that no one had responded on here. I am not a Property Owner, but I had a suggestion that might help. Are you a member of your local apartment association? You may have already done this or you may have just been asking for additional participation outside of your normal connections. But if it helps, my association provides me with information for apartment suppliers as well as contacts on for properties and owner/investors that are in the association. In case you hadn't tried that yet.
