New Digital Marketing Tactics for 2019

Was wondering if anyone has any new digital marketing tactics or campaigns that you are doing for marketing your properties. We dabble in AdWords, Display Smartphone Banner Ads, Facebook/IG Ads and now even doing ads on Waze.

But was wondering if there is any new avenues, products or anything like that you folks are using?

We work with property managers to market apartment communities and our clients have seen a lot of success with Google Ads this past year. Launching the right ads leading up to need periods, etc. is a great strategy.

We are also starting to use more YouTube marketing for general branding, and our clients are seeing good results. This channel is ongoing throughout the year and helps highlight amenities, etc.

The other area that is helping apartment marketing efforts is optimizing websites and chatbots.

Tons of our clients (Greystar, Lincoln Property Company, Pinnacle, etc) see a lot of success using 3D Floor Plans, 3D Walking Tours, Site Maps to sell or lease units faster. Not exactly another channel for marketing, but a way to upgrade your marketing images/collateral that are used.
