Curious if anyone has successfully implemented a commissions or bonus plan for marketers for successful new construction 100% lease-ups? If so, is this something you would be willing to share?
We have 12-18 projects around the country just in 2021 and I want to create an incentive program just for marketing team leads on these projects.
