Our property has units that are brand new, and then units that are...tired; what is a good way to describe the tired units?

That's a great idea! We have a couple of units almost ready. One had a few things done to it, with the carpet in good shape. The other received new kitchen cabinets, and new flooring throughout. I was trying to figure a way to market them, because there will be a $75 per month difference in the rent we were going to charge.
