We just rolled out a campaign for my property last week and so far have had a really good response and participation from our residents. 39% participation rate and I've seen some postings on facebook and twitter from some residents. Haven't received any actual leads from it yet, but I'm confident they will come. They were very easy to work with and I am excited about the potential in this service.

Hi Martin,

We are using Rentmineonline with, from what we can tell, good results. They offer informative reporting on number of emails sent, opened, posts to Facebook pages, etc.

We started with one asset while it was in lease up and saw a spike in resident referrals. The hard thing about analyzing the data was determining whether the spike was due to the natural "honeymoon phase" of the lease up or if the spike was really from the affect of the product. We are using it again on a stabilized community so we will have more data soon. Its only been one month.

For the price, its worth a try. The price is based on the number of units. There is a time factor involved and it takes some attention to review and set benchmarks for expectations.

How about any others? Does anyone have better information they can share?

To good conversation,

Melissa
