Ahhh I have to make a blank Marketing Template!!!!

So today I was told by our do it all person in corporate and the assistant/internet marketing person to the owner that they want to utilize my talents and help me focus on a path for marketing. I did not realize where this conversation was going to lead to due to a massive migraine coming on due to stress ( you know when you have two property managers quit and your still trying to figurer out what your doing on your new job). The conversation lead to our do it all person wants me to create a blank marketing template that can be used for Senior Property, Affordable Family, and Conventual properties. Kind of like you know one of those fill in the blanks things. I know how to create a marketing plan by filling in the blanks but not how to actually create one from scratch. So as I'm sitting here at the computer after a two hour nap to get rid of the migraine and the affects of the wonderful medicine ( seriously it was that good) I'm drawing a blank!!!! Is there anyone out there who can help me or point me in the right direction on how to do this? You will be my new best friend. I should mention they want it in the morning.

Make sure you have lines for open houses, broker previews and resident activities.
Don't forget print, internet and outreach marketing.

Budget lines for supplies, commissions and extra bonuses!
