Help! I'm doing a table on Thursday at our tech school for their Preferred Partners Day. Our company has just finalized their brand as "your resource for all your housing needs" for our area.

Does anyone have any clever or creative ideas on how I can get the college students over to my table on Thursday? My creative juices have ran out it seems.

Any ideas to help me get brainstorming again would be much appreciated!

College students love candy and/or food, so entice them to your booth with something they can eat! Then make sure you have something with your information on it that they can easily take with them. Even things useful, like pens or bags with your information printed on them will be something that makes an impression.

Good idea to use an expo to advertise! I think I'll look into it myself.

College students are usually looking for the first away from home experience and what is going to draw them to you is your brand "your resource for all the housing needs"
Have food which is always great but also have some kind of special giveaway that is done more than once. Have them complete your questionare to be entered. Would also be great to show pictures of the apartments furnished so the students can see how "it could look."Have you ever used Smart Posters. They would be great cost effective answer for such an event. Hope that helps

We did one a few months back. We had a casino theme and made it FUN and interactive. When they came to our table they got to roll two BIG dice. If they rolled a 7 or 11 they got a prize. We gave a choice of fuzzy dice or a deck of cards. We of course had candy and a drawing with a chance to win a gift card. We were the FUN table so everyone wanted to stop by. Thanks so much Tammy for the 7 or 11 tip with the dice! We did that and our table was a hit!!! Students and other vendors kept stopping by to "roll"! We gave a way a deck of cards or a bag with our logo on it if they rolled a 7 or 11. It was a ton of fun & didn't cost much at all! Thanks again! :)
