Our property is smaller, clean, quiet, and located in a great area close to everything but away from the "hustle and bustle". We have a sauna, clubhouse, pool, and gym. Our gym, however, only has one peice of equipment: a treadmill. We plan to add more equipment to the gym in the next few months but for now when I am touring the property, what are some ideas on presenting our FABULOUS gym? Teehee.

Hope everyone is having a GREAT week~ It's almost Friday!

How about Cardio Center or call it one of the built in programs on the treadmill mine has a program "Walk in the Park". You could say "We have our very own walk in the park" even when it is raining. I have a 3 story building without an elevator. When I get to the stairs on the tour I always say "and we have our very own stair stepper" I always get a smile.

Good morning! I'm in the flooring business so my first instinct is to look down. Over the past several years we have been installing more and more rubber flooring in work out/gym areas both large and small. The product comes in rolls and tiles, solid or flecked. Gives that gym feel at a relatively low cost and a DIY for smaller areas.

How many people do you think will actually use it once they do move in? 10%? Why not offer an amenity that the entire community will actually use and will 'floor' them when they tour the property....WiFi. check us out. www.inspirewifi.com Nations leader in multi-family Wifi solutions with communities across the country and customer base that includes; AIMCO, Riverstone, BH Managment, Camden and others. Quotes and conversations are free...at least learn what else is out there. :)
