Hello I am currently managing a 6 unit property, a 3 unit and a single family. I have going on 2 years experience with managing them. I am looking to take this serious as a career and become certified. I'm aware that the CPM is the most recognized and that I don't not qualify, but I am looking into the CAM or ARM certification. was leaning on the CAM but before I purchase the course and start that route, would appreciate any advice thanks.
The CAM is perfect for you. I recommend getting with your local apartment association and learning about the credential and if they offer it as a member service. Go to the NAA website to learn everything you need to know!

. Good luck
I agree with Susan that CAM is the perfect choice. Given where you are in your career, I would caution you to not take the course online, but rather, find an in-person course. The insights you will gain and the network you will build with fellow students will be as valuable as the course work.
Additionally, you are likely to have a lot of questions that may be outside the training, and those questions are much better facilitated in the group setting. It is ALWAYS my recommendation that people choose in-person classes over online.
Best of luck in your career growth, and please know you can always reach out to me directly. VS
