What made leasing/resident retention training the most fun for you? What is your most memorable training and why? Thanks for your responses!

The most fun and memorable training I have ever attended in leasing must be back in 2003, when I attended a big leasing seminar in Fort Lauderdale, where most of the training was role playing and contest. Many of my employees that attended, including myself learned a bunch and the entire training was extremely enjoyable. Any training with role playing would be beneficial and memorable.
