I'm curious what everyone is seeing in terms of management fee minimums on new construction/lease-up pre-occupancy? 200-300 units? If stabilized management fee is $8k-$10k, would $5k be a good rule of thumb? I've seen some similar-sized deals with $2500 minimums, but that seemed low.
