Looking for ways to reduce costs on turnovers this year, but also create a great looking finished product. Has anyone tried cabinet refacing (replacing fronts) vs. full cabinet box and front (cabinets and drawers) replacements?

I've tried that, it's pretty common in multifamily. How old is the property and what are the cabinet boxes made of?
