Interested in feedback on what your organization does when you discover a recently-released employee has falsified expenses - do you pursue reimbursement one-on-one, let the authorities handle it, or chalk it up to "lesson learned and at least the problem is gone?"

It would depend on the amount . Under $50 is a lesson learned, under $250 we would try to handle one on one, Over $250, we would let authorities handle
