What are multi-family companies across the United States offering employees in terms of cell-phones? Are the companies paying for or offering stipends to employees? If so, what positions and how much?

I am sure the Management Company I work for pays the bills for phone for their Managing Agents and Staff.
Me, I pay $85.00 a month for my own cell phone with unlimited calls and texting.
I do this to keep from being a prisoner in my home or office. And, on my part, I have never asked the Management Company whether or not they would pay for my phone, so I can't complain
yet.
