Is anyone willing to share an example of a performance evaluation for site staff ranging from maintenance - l easing - manager level?
I'm definitely looking for something that is supportive, but able to highlight areas for improvement.

I would start with the job discriptions of each of your positions. Use that as your basis for eveluation. How well they are doing or not. Where you cut your people be ready to outline how they can bring themselves up. Have followup with them in their weak areas to track inprovement.
If you need an outline I can provide you with an outline, but you will need your job discriptions for each and break out what is to be evaluated like I said.
