At the encouragement of those in my network from a number of sources (here, GraceHill, and LinkedIn); I am in the process of creating a series of short articles discussing how to improve a property's financial health. This is aimed at the 'new to position', 'new to property' manager, or at the manager that is seeking new ideas.

It would be very much in keeping with what you are trying to accomplish--timely receipt of rent payment, without the hassles of tracking down checks, is certainly something about which CFOs, COOs, and property managers should care.
