In CA-Pool Closed until County Says we can re-open. Fitness Room-SIP ends 5/31 so maybe then but will require some sort of safety precautions. Clubhouse-When SIP ends. BBQ area-next couple weeks, but will require one at a time and face covering and no hanging out at tables.

Limited hours and number of people (people limited to half of pool bathing capacity). Office staff is on a cleaning regime during pool hours, which are the same as office hours.

We are checking every hour, only have seats available for the maximum number allowed, emailed the limit to residents, and have it posted on the pool gate. We only have the pool gate unlocked when the pool is open.

Lisa Brody Smith our clubhouse is still closed, but we never closed the office for business. We have remained open 7 days/week, just not open for people to come inside. I think most offices are remaining closed to the public for now.

For the last time today...Whenever the governor tells us to! J/K Ha! My residents have been off the chain today. It looks like gyms on the 18th. No clue for the pools but probably the same as the gyms. Texas.

We opened our gyms during business hours in Georgia. Pools opening May 15th. Carolinas are opening gyms this weekend and pools on the 15th. Louisiana we are going to open as soon as state/parishes allow.

AL-when county pools open. Then at 50% capacity and limited hours. Removing 50% of pool furniture until we are at full capacity.

Just remember amenities are not paid for by rent. Health hazards will not be held against you. If someone says their moving because your pool isn't open, ask were is the pool open anywhere? Right?

The short answer should always be, when the owners approve them to be open. Which of course will be in accordance with State and Federal guidelines.

State / County Allowed to open pools effective today...May 8th. at 25% capacity... We may open tomorrow or Monday... depending when we are ready (furnishings etc). How are you all policing that limit???

In Washington State, we are on a 4 phase opening schedule. We are currently in phase 1; pools may open in phase 3, about 1 month from now.
