Ha! Good one, Tony Sousa! We've been pretty lucky in CO. The residents have been pretty understanding so far. We're getting ready to open up. I'm sure they'll all be glad to be able to use the facilities again!

Technically they may not pay for them. On the other hand people wouldn’t be paying a lot for an apartment if there were not nice amenities in the building as well. I see it both ways. If I was just going to stay in my apartment and not use amenities I would pay a lot less somewhere else.

Corey Dodd but in a situation that is completely out of our control, it's different. I could see discounts if we did away with certain amenities permanently.

Melissa Lupu my point is that the resident is taking all the hit while the owner probably isn’t besides some lost rent revenue.

Yup, I’ve never heard from so many “professional athletes” in my life. Go running! Go ride a bike! My favorite was the person who said they walk on the treadmill and where were they supposed to do that now? Uhhhhh the sidewalk!
