We are not accepting packages in the office nor are we delivering them to the doors any longer. Packages are left in the lobby, sorted by floor. I do not think we have seen an increase. If there's been one, it's been small.
Not accepting packages. We are gaging if we are going to bring this courtesy service back and that is estimated to July or August at the earliest. Our property does not have room for lockers and with 216 units we have saved on average about 1 to 1 1/2 hours per day by not having to get up and down.
We have never accepted packages on behalf of residents. If I’m there I will certainly buzz the UPS or FedEx delivery person into the building, but nothing comes to the office. There is a designated area in the lobby where packages can be left.
We have seen a slight increase in the number of packages delivered daily, but not a dramatic increase.
We are not accepting packages, but carriers are willingly delivering to doors (which they did not do in the past). The residents seem to prefer it, especially while most are at home. As long as everyone is happy we will keep it!
Yes we do still except packages. I think it’s a warm fuzzy favor and amenity to the residents. We do not handle the packages for 24 hours after delivery. The residents are aware of this due to coronavirus 19. They are appreciative that we’re still offering to except and deliver packages. One of our buildings, where Toni stayed during a Noaa seminar, is filled with 95% millennials. Every day is like Christmas with an excessive amount of deliveries.

We are not accepting packages, deliveries are being made to the door by carriers. We currently do not have an end date. We have definitely seen an increase of package deliveries.
We have the Amazon Hub lockers and they have been amazing!!!! No calls asking where packages are. No complaints from the residents about packages missing. Prior to package lockers it was a hot mess. Constant phone calls and people asking us to deliver them to their apartment or to hide them outside the office for after hours pickup. Another solution is Parcel Pending and we’ve also used Notifii to notify people if we had a package in the office for them.
Fetch Fetch Fetch! Our residents never once saw an interruption in service because all packages go to Fetch! Huge increase in deliveries and Fetch never failed once. Best thing for online shopping since Prime! Wendy Doherty can get you more info if interested! Best. Thing. Ever.
We are not accepting packages in the office but are having them delivered to our controlled access mailroom and the Luxor system. We have definitely seen an increase in the amount of packages being delivered.
A. Yes, all thanks to using Fetch.
B. Insane increase in packages and Fetch executed every single delivery flawlessly with zero issues.
If you are not using Fetch currently you should absolutely contact Wendy Doherty immediately!
We ♥️ FETCH!
Fetch is by far the best!!! If you aren’t offering this to your residents, you should highly consider it. There’s no comparison! People are home and naturally, they are making more online purchases. In April alone, Fetch delivered 98% of the packages on time with no issues whatsoever and my residents love it. Contact Wendy Doherty to get more info! You won’t regret it.
As of right now we are not accepting packages in the office. We are asking all tenants to make arrangements with the carrier if they are not home at time of arrival or approve the package to be left at the door step. Just help reduce germs and unneeded traffic
We use parcel pending as well and anything that comes to us we have the delivery put on our front lobby desk and deliver to our residents ourselves by placing their packages at their door. I manage a 55+ community and I’ve seen an influx in packages because my residents feel safer. Many packages are medications so I feel like it’s so important to ensure they get their items. We try our best to do it safely by wearing gloves and masks and they can just open the door and grab their boxes ❤️
Not currently accepting, and not going to be accepting them after this passes. And since I live and work from the property I see all the delivery companies doing what they were hired to do - delivering packages to their customers!
Most properties on a Fetch. One with parcel pending we no longer accept over size or lockers full. 2 that accepted in office will most likely not resume.
