Up to 3 for under 5 units per property. The others just want to visit and find a small something (light bulb change out) for maintenance to do while there. I'm pretty big on keeping to a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly preventative maintenance schedule so something is being inspected or maintained on a regular basis in order to keep "surprises" to a minimal. The more active we are in this area, the more we're able to prepare/budget. It's a good way to build relationships with the residents and give hints on helping to maintain their unit (like running hot water before running the dishwasher and then place the whole canister of non-sugar crystalized crystal lite lemonade mix in the dishwasher and allow it to run the full cycle to clean out all the moving parts and openings 2x/year). Once residents "love" their home and community, they want to help maintain it. ♪
