Hello all, since the vaccine mandate is set to be effective next month my company is working on our plan should it proceed through the court. I'm not looking for discussion of the politics of it, I'm just looking for input from others on how their companies plan to manage the weekly testing for those that are not vaccinated, do you plan to charge the test to the employee? those kind of questions. We are in 3 states and have a fair amount of my compliance staff that work remotely without any contact with the public and rarely come into the office do you think the regulations will also apply to them as far as weekly testing? We are just getting our plan together so any input is much appreciated.
