so I started a new one year lease on 1/1/2019 and I've been getting ridicules rubs fees last month rub fees were up to $1000.00 dollars there is no rubs agreement on the lease and I am the only tenant being charged I've talked to all the other tenants in my building and no one has ever gotten one of these bills the bad thing is I payed the rubs fees now is there some way I can get it back and this month rubs fees are already up to $600 , what can I do ?
