What are you thankful for?

One of the things I'm thankful for is that I have such a wide network of friends... a good portion of whom are in multifamily housing, but many who are spread across various industries.

I'm thankful for being able to pay for my CAM this year, it is the greatest feeling ever. I'm greatful for meeting you Tara on MFI and the amazing people I have met on here. I'm greatful for The Training Factor and the amazing opportunity they have given me! :-)
