Who in multi-family will be the first to implement blockchain to execute contracts, pay rent using Bitcoin, Etherium or Litecoin? And integrate blockchain marketing with augmented reality. Should have been launched in 2016 before the MF vendors capitalize on this and charge crazy prices to use it. IT should be looking at this.
