My company has the opportunity to manage a 3rd party portfolio of 3,000 apartments. What are the going management fees for 3rd party? Is it still 3% or has it gone up closer to 7 or 8?

I’m seeing the large 3rd party companies hit between 3-5% but more of the smaller local companies charge 7-10%
