Great examples of making deals work in this environment - it's tough, have to be creative. Can't wait until everything gets churning again - miss doing deals, right??

While the silver lining is hard to see and touch it is coming our way. By the time it arrives rents and occupancies will have jumped. Whoever is able to re-enter the market first will enjoy the greatest rents, occupancies, available and affordable land and low construction costs. In summary, it is time to tee up deals!
