Going Paperless

Has anyone out there gone completely paper free in their work environments? I was trying think of how this can be achieved with Electronic signatures, IPAD use for touring, etc...excited to here if anyone has been able to do this.

Switching to a highly paperless work environment is extensive and can be difficult. You're not just reducing paper cost; you're also completely changing your AP process, onsite workflow, and employee practice and responsibility. It's disruptive to say the least.

But if this an option your company is seriously considering, the benefits far outweigh the headaches in the long wrong.

Paperless can include: accounting / budgeting / doc mgmt / crm / payments / vendor invoices / utility invoices / AR / AP / owner & resident portals / screening / leasing (this one's hard but can be done) / and rev mgmt
