Switching to a highly paperless work environment is extensive and can be difficult. You're not just reducing paper cost; you're also completely changing your AP process, onsite workflow, and employee practice and responsibility. It's disruptive to say the least.
But if this an option your company is seriously considering, the benefits far outweigh the headaches in the long wrong.
Paperless can include: accounting / budgeting / doc mgmt / crm / payments / vendor invoices / utility invoices / AR / AP / owner & resident portals / screening / leasing (this one's hard but can be done) / and rev mgmt
I work for a company that provides these solutions for property management. I don't know what aspect of property mgmt you're looking to go paperless with, but I'll include a link to paperless invoice mgmt since everyone has to deal with invoices. Shoot me an email if you like it.
Otherwise, best of luck going paperless! Happy new year!
