We are looking for feedback in developing a new product - When communicating with your residents do you use your desktop or smart phone?

We use landline phones and desktop computers. Our cell phones are our personal lines and we try very hard not to give those numbers to residents.

Thank you so much for the feedback - if you could use an app to communicate with your residents would that be easier than a website on your desktop?
