I have a stabilized deal in Austin we are raising funds for. Aquisition is $6.425M for 223 unit, class C at 96% occupied.
buying at 9.4 cap.......should trade at an 8.5 cap today. Have fha 223f ready to go....looking for help with $2M downstroke.
