Interior Renovations in 2011?

I would like to know how you see interior renovations or "upgrades" in your prospective markets? Does 1Q 2011 look as promising as projected?

I think to better respond to this post, we will need a little more information as to what market and deal type you are actually inquiring about specifically. However, I have a few deals that are currently experiencing renovation, and a few that have schedule renovation in 2011. I think the type of renovation is all dependent on what your site needs and what the market supports. However, I do see a promising 2011.

hello i work in the field of interior designing and one thing I noticed the most is the strong
first quarter of this year. Actually the second is not as strong as the first but it has a different
flavor. Why I can say this? because of the fact that the income we had is bigger that the first quarter.
