I'd like to speak with a developer and/or property manager who has managed a mixed use building. We are considering a project for retail/office on the street level with apartments for seniors aged 55 and better on the upper floors. I'd like to hear a success story and why you think it was a success. What sort of retail would be appropriate for the space? Was the retail open to the public or available only to the residents and their family and guests?
