We're working on a new construction project for Long Island, NY and are considering a change to one of the systems noted in the subject line, versus the standard split system. However, we're having a hard time getting feedback from owners/managers who have these systems installed in multi-family buildings. Listening to the sales pitch from each vendor doesn't sell me - info from users is what we need at this point. Anyone out there have these energy efficient systems installed?
