Any experience with this? I have a US MF property where I need to buyout the equity partner prior to a sale. Probably a two to three week gap in timing on the two transactions. Any experience with sources to bridge this? Banks not interested in this climate.... Buyer is an experienced, large group. Seller has only the single asset, but is also highly experienced. Any thoughts, leads or direction would be appreciated...
