In need of a builder or construction company to look at a 2 story / 3 unit bldg I am getting ready to submit a contract on. Each unit approx 1,200 sq ft and each entire unit needs to be re-worked / re-habed / improved. Also, need to upgrade the exterior & demo & re-build garage. Am I crazy to think I can do this for approx $30k per unit, with $50k allotment for exterior (windows, porchs, brick veneer) and approx $12k for the garage?
