I'm starting my "Holiday greeting" card list and I'm up to 176 so far, so I'm dreading signing them all and addressing the envelopes! If I start now, I should be able to make a few per day and finish in time.

Do you and your staff hand sign every Christmas card? Do you hand address them or use labels? Do you make the cards yourself, order them, or use pre-made cards?

I have always printed and made the cards myself, but as my list of recipients grows, it becomes harder to do.

For residents and frequent vendors, we also make small gift bags to go with the card. For this years gift bags I plan to have candy, hot cocoa mix, hot cider mix, a pocket calendar, a deck of playing cards, an ornament, and of course, a greeting card. Stuffing the gift bags is a chore, but everyone seems to like receiving them.

It's a good time to start. I do a "Holiday Letter" on stationary and send it to all of my residents in place of a December newsletter.
