What are some ways to get residents involved for the Holidays without violating Fair Housing Laws?
We were thinking about getting everyone to write letters to Santa and bring them to our office and drop them in the North Pole Mail box, then we will take them to Macy's to participate in the Make-a-Wish-Foundation. Macy's is donating $1 for every letter received to the Make-a-Wish-Foundation.
