What is a really good renewal gift for the residents when you dont really have a lot of money for gits (after they have renewed). And im not taking about a plunger or a broom or cleaning supplies. Something that really says thank you.
And also I dont mind knowing of thank you gifts for those not on a strict budget. Pictures for ideas would also be good for the non crafty person here. Thank you!

We do this too! We actually offer 3 options! Carpet cleaning, laundry card (we have laundry facilities from wash) or an accent wall!

We do a carpet clean. For the residents that don't have carpet or don't want it, we provide a full apartment deep clean instead.

Move in & renewal gift. We give a really nice welcome mat for the porch ( we have townhomes) . They are only $12 & the residents love them!

If they sign 60 days or more in advance we do carpet cleaning, basement glass block windows or a "coin" drawing that they can win $25-$150 off the 1st month if their new lease. They always get the welcome mat no matter when they renew!

I’ve done a cutting board with an oven mitt and dish towel and a $5 Starbucks card! All themed of course.

I was at a property that did colanders with wooden spoons, spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce, wrapped in a dish towel and placed inside the colanders. Dollar stores have everything you need!

They also did “little bags of sunshine.” It’s a small gift bag with all yellow things...candy, small toys, straws, etc. the only rule is that everything had to be yellow.

Accent wall painting where they can choose from 3-5 colors (current, trendy). Also touch up paint in unit and carpet clean.

Less money? Amazon products? Maybe a fire stick.
