Y'all, I need some inspiration! I'm wanting to do a Bingo event the entire month of December, where residents complete tasks to check off a box. So far I have things like "Like us on FB," "Tag us in your Instagram photo," "Set up online payments," "Update/verify your contact info with the office," etc. I wanted a mix of social media stuff, practical stuff (that I need them to do), and stuff anyone could do (like, have a hot chocolate).
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have 10 more boxes that need to be filled.
I've been telling all my residents that I will sign their review spaces regardless of how positive or negative the review is. But most residents who choose to engage in a community event like this are more than likely having an overall positive experience.

donate a gift to the salvation army toy drive (hold a drive in your office; say a $10 limit for gifts...), write a review of the community with what you love most, post your most creative pictures of elf on the shelf
This is a GREAT way to get residents involved!! I would add meet a new friend at the Fitness Center or club (maybe there's a card to sign with the other resident?). Another idea would be to have a November or December social holiday event at the club. Attend the event would also be a requirement. You'll have more residents turn out. Maybe you can offer a fun incentive for those that complete all the checkboxes. This could be $50 off rent one month to gift cards. Get your local hotspots involved to contribute. Tell them as a sponsor, their biz will be promoted to all residents. This encourages them to get involved with their community as well as maker new friends.
