We increased our resident events to four times a month. The residents really liked that there was an event for everyone. For example the first friday of the month is a kids craft event, the third Wed. of the month is a family movie night/game night, then we do some diffrent things along the way. Also we started calling back the residents who have had a maintenance request just to follow up with them, the response has been great, some have even left comments on apartment ratings and facebook.
