I recently saw a post asking about the best or most effective way to get messages to residents. I work for CallMaX and one of our many services, MaX~Bulletin allows onsite teams to send messages to residents the way residents prefer to be contacted. For example, you can Email, Text or Phone a resident with the click of a mouse and be sure the residetn actually sees the message because you are contacting them the way they told you to. Most of our clients have completely stopped paper notices being delivered to doors!
