CallMaX Launches Multifamily Answering Service Mobile App was created by CallMaX
CallMaX becomes the first multifamily answering service to offer a mobile app
CallMaX, the leader in innovative answering and communications management services for the multifamily industry, today announced that it has become the first answering service company in multifamily to offer a comprehensive mobile app for call management, maintenance and courtesy response, overall system management and staff activity monitoring.
“As the multifamily industry searches for ways to capitalize on mobile technology, CallMaX saw the need to support its clients’ mobile strategies by providing an app to make our solutions more accessible, easy to use and flexible,” said David A. Clarke, president of CallMaX. “The result had been a mobile app that not only improves lead and service response times and gives apartment managers more freedom and flexibility, but incorporates new types of functionality only available in the mobile environment.”
The CallMaX mobile app allows users to securely log into their CallMaX accounts and manage daily activities, even for multiple properties. With the app, users can listen to recorded messages, view call details, make notes, return calls and emergency page outs and view a snapshot of the overall status of the property. Managers can also manage page out schedules, user accounts and system greeting announcements. The exclusive CallMaX staff monitoring system, M.O.M., is also available via the app.
“The app was designed to give our customers quick access to the most important features they need when they are on the go,” said Clarke.
The iPhone version of the CallMaX mobile app is available for download via the Apple app store for iPhone 4, 4S and 5. The Android version of the mobile app will be available in July 2013.
