New Residence Portal being built...

My name is Josh. My team and I are working on a new website that will make creating and maintaining a new residence portal as simple as ever.

It's core functionality will include a payments system (so that all tenants can set up direct deposit) and communication tools (so that you can text/email/both with tenants in a 1-to-1 or 1-to-many format).

Other functionality, like service order requests, a building-wide classifieds, and refer-a-friend to the building can be added based on your requests.

I know there are other big box software out there that does some of these things, but they're typically clunky and expensive. We're focused on ease-of-use and our price will be much less. We want to make it so you can compete on services with the big boys but without having to pay an arm and a leg.
