All properties get mixed up in understanding both the operational and legal language in those service contracts offered by cable operators, trash services, laundry service and several others. Through the years I've seen too many agreements that were signed off by the owner and nothing was negated. If you don't have your service agreement form or want a better understanding of what you have on your property's plate how about running it through us. We will provide a free look and a short analysis to let you know what you have on your hands. You have to watch out for the "rollovers" for "first rights of refusal" to name but a few of contract terms that can hurt you the next round. What is really an "Act of God" and how does it affect your property? What does it mean that it isn't a penalty but.......? We've seen lots and lots of ways that contracts are contrived, cut-up and sorted. If you can get through the first couple of paragraphs without falling asleep or putting it back in the drawer you're lucky. A good agreement gets put in the drawer and stays there until it is time to renew or rebid. That is usually the case with good contracting. Once it comes out of the drawer (other than sale) that usually means you have a problem or something is up that will create more work for you.
Regardless, we can come to your rescue and give you some professional advice about your agreements. We will review one or two or your agreements and give you a quick, down and dirty review so you know what you have on your hands.
