Reduced security deposit paid over 12 months same as cash with 12 equal payments. Thats right! Don’t you get this option when you purchase furniture for your apartment? Stores offer payments for 1 to 2 years same as cash. But how about this? You’re offered same as cash to pay your security deposit but at a discount of 65% of your 1st month’s rent amount. And when you leave your apartment, you’re not on the hook for any damages because your landlord is covered by Jack and Landlords.
