Converting from 2d floor plans to 3D floor plans.

Hello,

I'm interested in hearing your experiences or plans to move from 2D floor plans to a 3D floor plan solution?

What was the fee structure? Also any other details you'd like to share. Also, I'd like your opinion on the attached floor plan below. Does it look better/more appealing than your current 3D floor plan renderings etc?
